Parallels

First time installing Parallels?

1. Visit https://apps.teamsoftware.com/RASHTML5Gateway/#/login
2. Download the program by clicking Download Client: 
3. Click Download to download the program:
   
4. When it finishes downloading, double click it to open the program. Install Full Client:
   
5. Click Next:
   
6. Agree and click Next:
   
7. Click Enable:
   
8. Click Next:
   
9. Click Next:
   
10. Select Do not install Single Sign-on component and click next:
    
11. Click Install:
    
12. If this window pops up, click Yes:
    
13. Click Finish:
    

Create a Parallels connection

1. Double click the Parallels program if it's not already open.
2. At the top of the Parallels window, click on File -> New Connection
3. When this window opens enter apps.teamsoftware.com and click Next
   
4. In this screen enter Winteam as the friendly name and click Next:
   
5. Enter Your credentials in this window. Your credentials will be sent to your email. Please enter the Parallels set of credentials here:
   

Winteam

1. Open Parallels and double click the Winteam program:
   
2. Once the Winteam login window opens, enter YOUR Winteam credentials and select Regiment Security Partners as the Database:
   
3. Click Ok. You have now successfully signed into Winteam.
