  3. Once you're logged in, click on the gear icon located in the top-right corner of the Outlook interface. This will open the settings menu.

  4. In the settings menu, scroll down and click on the "View all Outlook settings" option at the bottom.

  5. In the settings pane on the left side, expand the "Compose and reply" category.

  6. Within the "Compose and reply" category, click on "Email signature."

  7. In the main window, you will see options to create and customize your email signature. You can add text, formatting, images, and links.

  8. Enter the desired content for your email signature in the text box. You can format the text, add your name, job title, contact information, and any other relevant details.

  9. Use the formatting options available to customize the appearance of your signature. You can change the font, size, and color, and add bullet points or numbered lists.

  10. If you want to include an image in your signature, click on the image icon in the formatting toolbar and follow the prompts to upload the image from your computer.

  11. If you want to add hyperlinks to your signature, select the text or image you want to link, then click on the hyperlink icon in the formatting toolbar. Enter the URL and any additional information as needed.

  12. Once you are satisfied with your email signature, click the "Save" button at the top of the settings pane to apply the changes.

  13. From now on, every email you compose or reply to will include your newly created signature.

By following these steps, you should be able to create an email signature in the web-based version of Microsoft Outlook.
