How to Sync Outlook contacts to your iPhone

Open up the Outlook app.
Click on your picture (or Initials) at the top left corner.
Click on the Mail icon.
Tap Add Shared Mailbox
Enter contacts@americansecurityservices.com.
Repeat step #2 and tap on the newly added Shared Mailbox (contacts@americansecurityservices.com).
Tap on the Initials again to open the Side panel options.
Tap the Settings gear in the lower left.
Tap Contacts.
Tap Save Contacts.
Toggle the Account you want to save (contacts@americansecurityservices.com).
Tap Save to my iPhone (See image above).
Done, the Outlook contacts have now been saved to your iPhone contacts.
