How to open a shared mailbox in Outlook

This guide will explain how to open a shared mailbox on the Outlook.

Instructions for Outlook.Office.com

  1. Click on your initials on the top right:

  2. Click on ‘Open another mailbox

  3. A box should appear - enter the name of the mailbox you want to access.

  4. Click on open → A new window will open with access to the shared mailbox.
